To be eligible for consideration by the Green Mountain Book Award Committee for the 2011-2012 Masterlist, the book must have been first published in 2006-2010, and must be of interest to students in grades 9-12. Both adult and young adult books are eligible, and the authors can be of any nationality. The only other stipulation is that the book MUST currently be available in paperback in the US.
