This sheet is to catalogue expenses made by volunteers in their work with Nyaya but for which they received no compensation. Note that if a volunteer donates money or supplies directly they should go on the donor sheets. Given that we are now paying in-country travel and then volunteers are donating back, we need to catalogue this. The purpose of these sheets is also partly to catalogue for ourselves the kinds of resources that volunteers put into this. Any payments that Nyaya pays for are mandatory to add for all volunteers (under "Nyaya 1st paid" you answer "yes"). For others that nyaya didn't pay for (that is, you paid out of pocket without nyaya as intermediary; one example would be your stay at Tibetan Guest House in KTM or rides in KTM; under "Nyaya 1st paid" you answer "no"), we would also like to record them just to get an overall sense of how much volunteers are putting into the organization.
