This form is intended to collect email addresses from the parents of current ZCS middle school students. If you have more than one child in 6th-8th please fill out this form for each child. If you have been receiving email updates from your homeroom teachers and staff at Holland Christian then most likely you do not have to fill out this form. If you are not receiving email updates from teachers or from the school office then please fill out the form and your email address will be given to the right department or teacher. If there is something specific you would want your email to be used towards please fill out the details box and let us know whom you would like to receive your email address.
