This petition is intended to demonstrate to the management of Trader Joe's the level of interest people in the Evergreen and East Hills area of San Jose have in a market located in the Evergreen area.
In order to make your entry valid we must have a name and address (with zip code) to provide to Trader Joe's. The information you provide here will not be used for any other purpose.
Please submit one entry per household/family unit; if you have already signed a hard copy petition there will be no added benefit from signing the on-line petition.
For those who enter an address outside the Evergreen area it will be helpful if you can select the reason you would be interested in Trader Joe's opening a market in the Evergreen area.
