As a Sports Club, we have to keep a membership roster on file with Campus Recreation. Please fill this out if you are involved with the club by 1) attending rides 2) going to meetings 3) racing 4) super-fan 5) plan on getting involved sometime soon. I also added some of my own questions. Thanks!
