Please note: most volunteer positions do not require a background check. Please print, fill out, and return to HPJH the background check form found below this survey if a teacher or HPJH staff member informs you that it's needed. District mandates that volunteers complete a background check for volunteer opportunities which are not entirely supervised by district staff.
