The program incorporates:

1. Core strength training one day per week (8 sessions in total)
2. Long runs one day per week - fully supported
3. Quality workouts one day per week which teach speed and hills among other techniques to make running more efficient such as running drills
4. Biomechanical analysis to ensure good running form
5. Workshops and sessions concentrate on various aspects of training and running
6. Access to online resources and forums monitored by experts

Additionally, the program offers supplementary services including:

1. Gait analysis which teaches you about how your feet hits the pavement and, consequently, which shoe type fits you most appropriately
2. Help with goal setting
3. Help transitioning to the next step
4. Information about injury prevention
5. A written training schedule by each week in the program
6. A technical fabric training tee shirt
