Hello Grads, Thanks to those of you who signed up. We have a few spots left for those of you who still want to go. We especially need folks who will be willing to drive. Sign ups will last until this Thursday. More information below.
GAME has decided to rent the MITOC Intervale cabin on July 18th-19th ( http://web.mit.edu/mitoc/www/index.html?loc=rentals/cabins/intervale/intervale.html&lastMenu=rentalsMenu ). The plan is to leave MIT Saturday morning and get to the cabin. Drop our stuff off at the cabin, go hike/climb during the day, come back and eat dinner courtesy of GAME. The next day you can decide to either stay and do more hiking/climbing or come back to Boston. There will be a $10 deposit to sign up for the trip (in a check made payable to Graduate Association of Mechanical Engineers), we will return these at the cabin. Drivers will be reimbursed for gas with the receipts. Guests are welcome, please ask them to sign up separately (limit 1 guest per person). We are limiting the total number of people, so please sign up quickly.
