Please use this simple form to record extra session you would like for children. You can use this to book up to 5 extras of one type of sessions or item. You can't mix them (Ie, lunches and Create after-school club sessions) We're not THAT smart! (yet). If you need this please submit the form once for each session or item. Terms: 1 - once booked, sessions/items will be charged for and payment will be due. Extras will be invoiced at half term point or on termly invoices.
