. | Oncourse Enhancements Status | |

Each year, IU faculty, staff, and students submit hundreds of suggestions for enhancements to Oncourse. These suggestions are reviewed, analyzed, and prioritized by the Oncourse Functional Requirements Committee (FRC) and the Oncourse Priorities Committee as described in the document "Oncourse Enhancement and Development Process" (see link below).
This document offers information on the status of specific Oncourse enhancement suggestions. A separate page is devoted to enhancements in each of the following four categories:
1) Approved for Development: suggestions approved by the OPC for which development has already begun
2) Approved for Further Action: suggestions approved by the OPC for detailed requirement specification, research, and/or design (development not yet started)
3) Under Consideration: suggestions under consideration by the FRC and/or OPC, but not yet approved for further action
4) Completed: enhancements that are complete and currently available in Oncourse
Also provided is a summary of other Oncourse-related activities for each semester, such as staff evaluation of new and upgraded tools developed at other institutions, planning for new releases, and faculty pilots of new tools.
