0712 According to information from the affected resident in the 9200-block of Fairlane Pl, their green Jeep was sprayed with what looked like white paint on October 30 [31?] sometime between 10 pm and 11 pm. This vandalism was reported to police at 0712 on Nov 1.

.	2008.09.07	Rosmarin 94xx	Attempt Carjacking/ Shooting: On September 7 at approximately 0009 hours in the 9400 block of Rosmarin Way, Laurel, the Victim was dispatched to the above address for a fare where S1 (B/M/ 17?, 506,150, dreadlocks, black tee shirt and pants, armed w/black handgun) and S2 (/M/17?, 506, 150, black shirt, pants and hat) inquired how much it would cost to go to Upper Marlboro. The Victim said about $60.00 and S1 said they did not have the money. S1 then displayed a black handgun, told the Victim to turn off the car and give him the keys. The Victim slapped the handgun and drove off. S1 fired one shot into the rear of the vehicle missing the Victim. A witness observed S1 and S2 flee in a possible silver vehicle. Unofficial look out is for 3 black males in an older white sedan with an extended radio antenna on the left rear of the car -- which was seen by a neighbor in a nearby parking lot space. .	2007.11.12	Fairlane Pl 92xx	According to a resident in the 9200-block of Fairlane Pl, Laurel, while he was home at 1:30 pm today, Monday, November 12, someone (believed to be a young man) attempted to break into his house through the ground-floor basement rear window by throwing or hammering with a small battery and/or rocks, which were in the backyard, repeatedly against the window for about 1/2 hour. The resident could not identify the source of the repeated banging sound until the rear window broke. When confronted before he could enter the home, the perpetrator fled south on foot behind a nearby row of townhouses. Police responded to the resident's call and investigated. On 09/23/07 at approximately 0337 hours a Suspect armed with a shotgun entered the Rite Aide located at 12701 Laurel Bowie Rd, Laurel, and announced a robbery. The Suspect escorted the employees to the pharmacy counter, jumped over the counter, attempted to open the cash register and fled empty handed.

On 08/20/07 at approximately 0236 hours, a suspect entered the 7-11, located at 12009 Laurel Bowie Rd, Laurel, walked around the store and exited the building. A couple of minutes later the suspect re-entered the store, displayed a shotgun and announced the robbery. The victims complied and the suspect fled with $150.00 in T/A funds.

On 07/26/07 at approximately 2150 hours, officers responded to 12663 Laurel Bowie Rd, Dollar Inn, for a robbery. Two suspects entered the store and Suspect 1 displayed a handgun and announced the robbery, ordering Victim 1 to lie on the ground. Suspect 2 removed Victim 1’s wallet from his pants pocket and then ordered Victim 2 to remove the cash from the cash register. Victim 2 complied and both Suspects fled on foot.

Several times in July and August resident's observed and reported to police, drug transactions between two cars at a time. One car would arrive and wait for the other car (the one consistently involved in all of the transactions). After a very brief exchange taking only a few minutes -- both cars would leave Erfurt Ct. This activity ended in late Aug. when arrests were made.

District VI officers responded for a citizen robbery. The victim stated the suspect produced a handgun and demanded the victim's wallet. The victim complied and the suspect fled. During the investigation, District VI investigators identified three suspects. One adult male from Silver Spring was arrested on July 3, 2007, and charged with First Degree Assault and Armed Robbery. Warrants have been obtained for the two remaining suspects.

At approximately 0110 hours, an unknown Suspect entered the Rite Aide Pharmacy located at 12701 Laurel Bowie Rd, Laurel and passed a note to an employee demanding Percocet. The employee stated the drugs were secured in a safe and he could not open it. The Suspect jumped over the counter and stole numerous bottles of Hydrocodine and fled out of the store on foot. The Criminal Investigation Division will be handling this Commercial Robbery

.	2006.03.31	Fairlane 92xx	A car drove through the lawn of 9218 and 9220 Fairlane Court last night. Tire markings were left on the sidewalk and the front lawn. It is quite obvious that an outsider parked illegally and was blocked by the owner of the spot.The last time (unspecified date) a pipe was burst, suspected to be the result of a truck or SUV driving over it.
.	2006.03.13	Sea Pearl	About 9 pm a carjacking occurred outside Montpelier Hills. The suspect apprehended on Sea Pearl Court behind one of the town homes (fenced in). The suspect ran through the woods from Rt. 197. There were police were everywhere, helicopters, and dogs were brought out to look for the gun afterwards.
