lifted the 80# medball 5x and tried to clean the 100 but kept falling over. Too heavy!
The tabata you count reps for each round. this was a super fun workout! Really hard! those ring curls were killer!

got 16 pull ups first round, and they felt strong and quick. I love kipping pull ups. used 12k and 16k kb for rack lunges. these are surprisingly challenging. Good leg work. Was Courtney's partner today, and we started from the bottom. It was some stiff competition! I'm so amazed how fit everyone is getting! I was having a hard time keeping up with Courtney today. It was a hard workout, but a lot of fun! We used 60lb heavy medball, and 35# kb for walking swings.

this was a tough day. I was bummed because I could lift the 28k KB on my right arm for push press 5x, but I couldn't get any on my left. Clearly, I've got some imbalance there. I'll have to work on that. This workout was fun - but man did my forearms burn! Used 25# kbs and didn't put the down during the work.

Using 25# KB, I got 188 kb snatches. I tried to imagine what Jami Curl would get...probably at least 200, and I just couldn't figure our how to go any faster.
I loved the Mr. Spectaculars. they are hard! 2 - 25#kb, double clean and press, walk out, pushup, walk back.
Used a 45#kb for swings, and I was feeling it. Tried to maintain 1:55 for the rows.

Play - we didn't really have time for anything.Today was tough. Even the warm up sets felt hard. I messed up, and thought I had 255 on the bar, but it was 265. So, I went up to 285 for 1, and that was all I had. I did, the following rep scheme:
135(x3), 185(x3), 205(x3), 225 (x2), 265 (x2), 285 (x1).

This workout was SO hard! I was only able to do the first set of 10 ring rows with legs extended. Did the rest table top. Pushups felt really good, swings felt like a break. Bit the heavy medball cleans...they were brutal. Courtney and I used a 50#. I was so tired. My lower back was pretty fatigued from the deadlift the day before. But we finished it. And I am so sore today. I haven't been this sore since my first few weeks at Recreate. it's hard to walk up and down the stairs. It's even hard to lift my legs off the couch. Sunday is a rest day, and I may need to take Monday off too.

I've been slacking on my journaling. I've been working out more than this. I just forgot to journal. Back on track.
Kim and I were partnered today. It was fun. She pushed me, because she is so fit I didn't get much of a break. Sh did 1 whole minute on the ring hold. I was really impressed. I got 30 sec, and then had to keep breaking it up into 5 sec increments. That's something I want to work on. I think some of it is mental strength. I got a PR with my pull ups (19 kipping) and pushups 28). All in all, it was a very fun workout!
