broken it is to the point that two days ago I bought a galon of milk and the fridge was unable to keep the milk cool enough that the milk spoiled and the expiration date is not untill 7/31. the only thingg that I keep in that fridge any more is my salad dressing and my vegies, and they are just above room temp. the fridg in the downstairs comunity room has been inoperable for almost a whole month. we have 2 working freesers in the kitchen. Epc can not accomidate then food of even 15 residents with the one new fridge much less twenty. the other thing to consider is there is nowhere th store food for events of functions much less any thing we may get in donations or from the food bank. If in fact we did recieve the PNM grant it is critical that we get at least one fridge to replace at least one of the 2 that have already failed it would be foolish to purchase another freeser when the 2 that we already have work fine! this is now a REAL PROBLEM for most of the residents for we have no where to keep our food much less store any leftovers.

I vacuumed and dusted everything - had I known you were going to work on it today, I wouldn't have done any cleaning. I was gone for 4-5 hours this aft and when I returned I found this mess. The food I had out, all the clothes in my closet, my furniture, towels and, worst of all, my computer and my cat were covered.
I am withdrawing the request submitted - it will be easier to live with a cracked, uneven floor than to be as frustrated I am right now.

Again, I'll make another announcement this Wednesday for only one person to water once a week because I still think they were being over-watered. It is not looking good for my truck. The engine we had hoped to put in it is not compatible and it seems that the compatible engine (vortex, found only in 96,97,99 suburbans) is pretty rare. So the plan is for me to wait a few more weeks to find another engine hopefully (if that's OK) and then,if no luck, tow it to my pops shop in Gallup and let him salvage it out to some folks he does business with. Fire pit still needs to cleaned up and organized. We finally found some light bulbs that will work in the cafe for a buck each. Yahoo! so no need to change the sockets. The "entry" is dirty and I need to get it cleaned and then decide who's chore that will fall under because I believe it is currently one falling through the cracks. the new resident chore sign off sheets seem to be working well. These next two weeks will be the true test.

Drip system still needs to be looked at and redesigned to better fit our current watering needs. The lingering mattress and box spring that has found its way on the balcony will be thrown out if not gone by Monday (owner is aware). Now regarding the tool room. I'm tired of getting looks and comments when ever a negative email goes out about the tool-room. The solutions: give me the only key, build a bigger tool room, build a shed, build a cage in the carport, or start tossing out the crap we don't use. Me having the only key is not practical and since we don't have the money for the first three, I vote toss. I plan to de-clutter and toss a bunch of useless crap this week, Don't worry, I won't toss any working tools, but tools that have no plug or can't be used currently I plan on tossing, even if they can be repaired by someone with time. If that someone does not show up before the madness, that tool has reached the end of its life cycle. After this, you and I should get together and go through every item of value that has not been used more than twice in the past year or two and find a new home for it. I've come to find many times that the crap in the tool room can only become organized crap until it is disorganized again in 48 hours. (Maybe it'll last longer now that we don't have as many people running in and out) the main problem with the tool room is that there is just too much stuff for the space.
