But then I just put my head to it and started my workout in the evening and got it done along with 2 more meeting after classes were done. I actually feel good about what I got done. This of course was around all the personal things and such too. but given everything today was OK - not great - but better than last weekend and I hope to build on that success. I did start working on the top 2 sides of my form on Thursday of this past week. I hope to have it better by the end of the week with 2 full weeks of practice on that part of the forms. |

Got to the studio at 9:45 AM and got some miles in and a few rounds of sparring - non of which were stellar. I will be in bed tonight by 10 PM and if I can get my 6 hours of sleep I will be great tomorrow - and will work on better focus. |

I had a good day administratively but I think at the end of the day I would have felt better about myself if I had committed to my physical training better. (Rain Barrels, Help a Teacher and my newest project in coordination with my instructor - a New Student Handbook- that will be used by instructors around the USA) isn't life wonderful. I may get 800 - 1000 push ups tomorrow |
