3/2/2009 16:20:104004003YesToday was a very good day. No I did not get sparring, BJJ running. But you know for a day stuck in the house - less the snow shoveling, it was good. I worked on the new website for enrollments, I took to heart the kindness shown me by teammates. I spoke with Tom today - he encourages me too. I am a very fortunate person to have friends.

3/3/2009 13:08:1920020034.25Yes10It was good to get back into the studio again with my training partners and get some good work in. I was tired after 10 rounds but I am feeling stronger every week. Good conversation about where we are and what we need to do to stay on track too. Having teammates is the best for me. I hope I am doing the same for them.

3/5/2009 4:58:142002004.25Yes8Today I was able to combine a good day of accomplishment with administrative work and a good morning and evening workout. I am making progress. Without a doubt the physical helps the mental side and for me right now both are improving. I sparred a little more aggressively this evening - mainly because I am getting more wind and a bit stronger. Now I just need to keep building on that.

3/6/2009 12:03:582002003Yes120.5I had a good day today. As of this moment I need to run a little yet and I am understanding that I need to stretch and drink even more water. BJJ really taxes your body and if you do not have the water in you - you will cramp up. and if you do not stretch enough it is hard to get Knee in Belly. :)

3/23/2009 20:46:2820020036I was sick today with a pollen thing. None the less I had my team around me and they helped me make sure that I got a few things done. We also practiced side kicks today in a number of ways. All of us are working on making them better. I know I need to work on my balance and power on them. More tomorrow and then off to Alabama!! Today I missed my meditation in the morning. I must be sure to make that happen. It is so good for me.

3/30/2009 21:28:5716016012Yes9Today was a good start. I had 5 classes in schools to do today and then come back and do the classes at BLS. Tough day for the first day back. Mary was not able to come in today but I did manage a little bit to get done. I am looking forward to tomorrow.
My eating is back on track. Got a little off track while I was away. but not too bad. ( except for sunday when we went to the Cracker Barrel.) Sure am glad there are non of them around here.:))

I am always looking to improve and this is a time that is required more than ever. Lets see what the results are and what I need to do to be playing full out.
