I know I am supposed to be the one pushing - but right now the team is doing that for me. I am so looking forward to Hawaii and the time to revitalize. It has come at just the right time. Can you believe our two youngest members - when I left today they had done 740 and 450 pushups and sit ups respectively. Today they motivated me!! Thank you. | |

I do miss that part of my routine. I read somthing today that said that if we decide something is important to us then we must 100% commit to it. That meant not 99.9 There is a cool story about that, so if you want to know it ask me. it is about a 100 year old and ice cream. | |
