.	3	Training / Documentation for all new technology equipment - including PIAB, WIAB, KZO eLearning, Sympodium, Google Apps, Wikis, Blogging	Jun-08	Educational Technology curriculum approved by local curriculum committee and sent to district for approval. Can be offered next year.
.	4	Provide On-going student Orientation	4/15/2008	Orientations continue formally at start of each term and students can get help from student working in C-109 almost daily.
.	5	Supporting existing faculty		Need campus trainer and expanded Media Services. Address this next year
.	6	Expand documentation for training new DE faculty	4/15/2008	Online training workshop materials continuing to expland
.	7	Continue to Improve Student guides	Jul-08	Online Student Guides much improved for Spring and Summer 2008 and vastly expanded for Fall 2008.
.	8	Special software needs for teaching with new online tools i.e. Camtasia, SnagIt, mapping, etc and work with Technology Cmte on process for procurement or minimum computer set-up	Feb, 2008 and 7/1/2008	C-109 computer lab installed software to meet needs of online students. Math software was installed along with updates to Flash and Adobe. Moodle updated to 1.9 for provide new tools to teachers and students.

.	11	Development of "models" of using various technologies - includes what is needed by faculty, student, media services and best practices		Small group sessions discussed best practices. Faculty attended TechEd and shared information.

.	16	Create awareness of 508 compliance		508 compliance was stressed to each new DE instructor that requested certification by the DDL committee and at all Moodle trainings.

.	19	Develop education of "hybrid" culture for faculty and students	Jul-08	70 more instructors trained this year in delivery of instructional content through Moodle. This is for both online and hybrid classes.

.		Exemption from Moodle training if Hybrid class is facilitated by Media Services and process for requesting/establishing service	4/15/2008	Not something we really want to do. All faculty who teach online need to be trained and approved even thought Media Services helps to facilitate the technology.

.	9	Media Services support for faculty - includes technical support, 508 compliance assistance, and services for converting formats or editing	Jun-08	Implementation of new streaming media server on campus has assisted instructors in several disciplines to place multimedia content to be available via the web. ITV short video clips also made available to faculty in workshops.
.	20	Textbooks - policies regarding adoption/changes, ordering, reserve, electronic copies, etc.	Jul-08	Textbook ordering form available in Online Student Guides for Summer and Fall 2008. Students can fax their order form and have books shipped. On-going discussions with bookstore regarding implementing online ordering of textbooks.
