سه شنبه48:00:00work: (11:00-4:30, 7:30-10:00): I completed the 22 zones example and sent email to Linda. Went to WW meeting in between. I had a productive day for research. I guess I could put most of tomorrow on TA work. Didn't make it to gym because of limited Fall break schedule. Thank God it will be over tomorrow.

جمعهcardio3:00:00I graded on campus HW3A for TA job from 9:30 to 12:30. Proud of myself for putting my stress away and doing it. Now I can FINALLY do my research.

شنبه551:03:007:15:00I ran 11:40 to 12:43. Wanted to run first thing in the morning(around 9:30) but Jugie escaped and iPod was acting up. I ran fast at the start so had a bit chest paint towards the end but I am so happy that I went. It's cooling down btw. I had to wear my blue top again:)

19یکشنبه32.510:37:007:00:002:00:00It was good until green street where sun was right into my eyes. Jugie nageed since 4am. The great part. I went running 8 in the morning! I did work on research but didn't accomplish anything. I was sitting in my office but was too sleept to be productive.

October 20th, 2007دوشنبه3Muscle Pump, 4:00 to 4:452.320:28:007:30:002:00:005:10:00I had nominally enough sleep but between stress, wanting to wake up at 5:45 and Juge nagging in my ear I am tired. Today I am behind everything. There are research work one week behind and TA work one day behind. Have to try not to stress out. Listned to lecture 10 and solved one example. (10:30 to 12:40) Now I want to go to research until 3:30 then workout and then come back. Later at night I listened to lectures again.

چهارشنبه0swimming class 7PM; Muscle Pump 4:00 to 4:452I did 15min biking and burned 100 calories. Went to swimming class which i LOVED!1:30:009:00:001:00:00I didn't work today except one hour of office hours that I kept. Almost took the day off cause I needed an easy day before conecentrating on my daily research/TA routine. Linda left for labor today. Didn't go to muscle pump which I think was smart cause I wouldn't have energy for swimming after that.

Went for a run around noon after being exhasted at work all morning. walked on incline 5 the first mile to warm up. Had a good brown rice and Tuna lunch and I will have a power nap to regain my strength to work the second half of the day. RESEARCH: I wrote the document for 22 zones and emailed it to Linda:) FINALLY!

RESEARCH: I had a meeting with Rachel and Linda 10 to 12 and it seemed they are both happy with my progress. We have the review for the first paper.

12 miles runningپنجشنبه3Stationary bike: 32 mins, Yoga: 1hr and 15 minutes1:45:008:00:00I read "basic yoga" and thought it would be relaxing. Turns out it was not so relaxing after all. It was like stand on your hands and keep both legs up...wtf?! but was a good work out. General Note: I have got into this mood of "I am inadequate. I am behind". Yoga class is supposed to be relaxing and all I did all class was comparing my cellulites to these undergrads and hating myself. AAARGH!
