This inventory replaces for Jasper Ridge the list in McCarten, N. F. 1993. Serpentines of the San Francisco Bay Region: Vegetation, Floristics, Distribution of Soils. Comments to John Rawlings, rawlings@stanford.edu

D=dominant; C=common; LA=locally abundant; O=occasional; U=uncommon; Ex=usually excluded from serpentine. Gr=grassland; Ch=chaparral; W=bay/Doug fir forest; S=seep, drainage, vernally wet areas; E=ecotonal. X=observed during the 2007/08 season. N.B. The main ridge-top road, Road F, was surfaced in 1983 with fractured greenstone from the cliffs by Searsville Lake. Aerial photographs indicate the road earlier ran further to the south.
