Technical Notes:

1. In the more northerly latitudes, around the spring equinox, the sun can set quite late in the evening. For example, here in Edmonton, at 53 degrees, sunset on March 21 is aprox. 10 pm.

2. When I was young lad I tried fishing where ever I could including mud puddles and other small bodies of water. One time when attempting to fish off the dock at a local lake I snagged a minnow. The minnow actually hadn't taken my bait as the minnow wasn't much bigger than my hook!
