Technical Notes:

The second theme of senses came to me after writing the second verse. But there are five senses and yet there are 6 verses in rengay, thus the idea of using the 6th sense, intuition, as the last sense in the series.

Money transcends the seasons so to speak. It is therefore appropriate that the verse where it is explicitly referenced has no seasonal reference.
