Technical Notes:

The first verse was inspired by an incident that happened a couple years back when our furnace started making a loud rattling noise. A repairman came out and informed us that the motor bearings were pretty much shot. The furnace was so old that the cost of repair meant that installing a new furnace made the most sense. It was good news for the furnace company and bad news for us.
