All Promethean Boards have a 5 year warranty on the board's parts and a 3 year warranty on the built in LCD projectors on the permanent mount boards. Be sure to call Promethean Tech Support first to determine the warranty time line on your Promethean Board by providing them the serial number and to find out whether or not a certified installer needs to service your equipment. Some repairs/replacements can be done by the school or DOTS such as LCD bulb replacement. | |
