Then another mile and a half this morning before weighing in. I added the "down from start" column, but I'm not sure how meaningful it is, since my start weight was fully dressed on the Dr.'s office scales. Most of my weigh ins are in underwear at home. I'll make sure the final weigh-in is similar clothing and same scales as the baseline.15

Only walked 3 miles Sunday, but I walked 7 Monday and have already done almost 3 today. If you add back 7 pounds for clothes, I've lost 47 pounds, about 14% of my weight at the start of the contest. If you back up to January 25 when I started my diet, I've lost 59 pounds, almost 18% of my starting weight of 332.54
