Based upon our contest goal of losing 10% of starting body weight per quarter, how many quarters would it take to achieve a BMI in a "healthy" range?

*Starting weight less goal may not result in ending weight due to rounding. At the end of each quarter I'll put my actual ending weight. My baseline weigh-in on Feb 2 was 327, but that was fully dressed in the doctor's office, which has been weighing about 7 pounds heavier than at home undressed.

.

A weight of 156 would result in a BMI of 22. Supposedly, under 18.5 is underweight, and over 24.9 is overweight. That puts 22 right in the middle of a healthy range. I say no way. My son is an inch taller than me, with a weight in the mid 160s, and isn't carrying an OUNCE of fat.

Sigh, I found out on 6/23 that I've shrunk, and I don't mean my waist. I was 5'11", and apparently now I'm only 5:10". That means I have to get down to 208 instead of 213 not not be obese, and 173 instead of 179 to not be overweight. That means my goal weight needs to be about 165 to not be overweight and have a little bit of margin. Sigh. That's half what I started at.
