Your flat mates and you have to share the rent, groceries, gas bills, electricity bills, internet bills, phone bills, house improvements, etc.
Are you tired of never getting paid?
Customize this template and your problem will be solved.
Instructions:
1. Every month, fill in the yellow fields with your data and expenses. There are three sections in each month's sheet:
*Section 1. Rent - This section is to collect the information regarding the rent. It is separated from the expenses in order to cover your shoulders from a malicious flatmate. If you feel so comfortable with your flatmate that there is no space for suspicious...customize the template to SUM section1 with section2.
*Section 2. Expenses - Fill in the details of every single cent you invested this month. Be as detailed as possible.
*Section 3. Grocery Details - Groceries can be a very controversial section. Detail everything you buy, and agree beforehand with your flatmates what can be expensed and what not.
2. Red data: This data is the monthly amount you have to transfer/perceive to/from your flatmates.
3. Go to the "Graphs" tab to check monthly and yearly expenses. Guess where you can save money!
4. Go to the "Bank Details" tab in order to fill in your Bank Account information, and to gather your flatmates' data when necessary.
