Turns out he was nearly 10lbs, and they said there was very little possibility of me ever giving birth to him naturally. He's beautiful, took to the breast at 30 mins old and hasn't looked back. Despite wanting no interventions at all I am perfectly happy with how it turned out and can't fault the staff at Warwick hospital.
