What, if any, equipment would you expect a DigiTech Service to bring to the shoot? This would be anything you think the DigiTech should include as part of their standard fee.

Yes, it is mentioned, but I don't send them with my processed & retouched TIFFs. I have them if they really need them.
They DEMAND RAW files, regardless what I do to my images, or else I jeopardize being hired again.
Yes, but I prefer they didn't. I frequently do a lot of requested work to the images after the shoot!
I communicate with what prepress needs are. I am comfortable I deliver what is needed in my processed and retouched TIFFs.
