GRCC Honors Program Application for Incoming GRCC Students

Requirements: Incoming students must have a 3.5 GPA and a 24 composite ACT score for acceptance into the Honors Program. You must be accepted to GRCC in order to apply to the Honors program.

Application process:

Fill out this online form. All fields are mandatory. If a question does not apply to you, please enter N/A in the answer field.

If you have not yet established a GPA at GRCC, enter your high school or other college GPA (whichever earned you admission to GRCC) in the applicable fields. If you have any additional pertinent information not required in the form, you may email it to pweninger@grcc.edu.

Your application will be reviewed promptly and you will be contacted via an email from Dr. Kate Byerwalter, the program coordinator. Certain cases may require a written statement of purpose or other documentation; you would be notified of this in the email from Dr. Byerwalter.

Once you are accepted into the Honors Program, you will be coded in our registration system as an Honors student, which will enable you to enroll yourself in Honors course sections.
