Change of date notice for Registered Partipants - Gray@Wilson new date March 28/29, 2009

This form is for riders who have already registered for Dressage at Wilson and are included on the roster posted at www.mountainlaurel.ponyclub.org .

Please indicate yes/no whether you can participate on same days of the new weekend (Saturday &/or Sunday). If NO then select which days you CAN participate or indicate that you cannot participate.
