Creative Commons and the Podcast Novel

My name is Chantal, I'm an M.A. student in Publishing at Oxford Brookes University. This survey is a crucial part of my research into Creative Commons, podcasting and the people who read/listen to them.
CC is a system of licensing that makes it possible for authors to allow the public to make certain uses of their work without needing to ask for permission or pay royalties. Examples of CC novels are Playing for Keeps (Mur Lafferty), Little Brother (Cory Doctorow) and Infected (Scott Sigler) who allow you to distribute as many copies of their novels as you want.
By answering this short survey, you are contributing to my dissertation (thanks so much!) as well as helping further the cause of Creative Commons.
