We are seeking nominations for the OSURC Executive Committee. There are three positions current up for re-election. You should nominate up to one person, and you may nominate yourself.
The position descriptions are: • President – Run Meetings (Executive/Club) – Manage Club Activities – Ensure All Documents Are Up To Date – Assign Tasks as Needed – Manage Publicity w/Public Relations Officer
• Treasurer – Manage Club Account @ MU Accounting – Purchase Club Supplies/T-Shirts/Parts – Serve on Executive Committee – Update Member List/Account Google Documents – Sell Parts to Club Members
• Secretary – Take Meeting Minutes – Create Term Schedule – Send Weekly Emails To Club Members – Serve on Executive Committee – Manage Email/Contact Lists – File Club Documents – Other Tasks As Assigned
