Ensuring Future Leadership for the District 5300 Rotary Clubs

The goal of PRLS is to help develop identified and potential Club leaders to maximize their leadership and negotiation skills in successfully directing their Club’s activities and programs. Learn the characteristics of effective leadership, the importance of self-awareness of your abilities to lead, and then how to use those abilities to successfully lead and motivate volunteer groups. You will also learn to improve your overall leadership skills by utilizing strategic negotiation tactics.

The Presenters and Instructors:

The training is delivered by leadership professionals, former teachers, trainers, and Rotarians whose careers and Rotary experience makes them particularly well-suited to the challenge of training prospective Rotary leaders.

Communications
Basic Leadership Principles
Conducting and Leading a Meeting
Negotiating Skills
Leading and Motivating Volunteers
