Ensuring Future Leadership for the District 5300 Rotary Clubs
The goal of PRLS is to help develop identified and potential Club leaders to maximize their leadership and negotiation skills in successfully directing their Club’s activities and programs. Learn the characteristics of effective leadership, the importance of self-awareness of your abilities to lead, and then how to use those abilities to successfully lead and motivate volunteer groups. You will also learn to improve your overall leadership skills by utilizing strategic negotiation tactics.
