The Regents of the University of California (“University”) have my permission to make a recording of me as a member of the UC Davis Alumni Chorus during the periods shown below: TIME/DATE: Saturday, 13 March and Sunday, 14 March 2010 LOCATION: Jackson Hall, Mondavi Center for the Performing Arts LIMITATIONS (if any): To be used only for University archival and development purposes. I understand that the recording is to be released as a copyrighted musical work. I hereby irrevocably assign all copyrights to this recording to The Regents of the University of California. I hereby hold harmless and release the University, its agents, officers, and employees, from all claims, demands and causes of action which I, my heirs, assigns, or any other person acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization.
