Registration is now open for the 2009 RA and Future Student Affairs Professionals Conference, sponsored by the Chicago Area Student and Campus Housing Association (CASCHA). Each delegate, advisor, and program presenter must complete the form below. Complete registration includes submission of the form below as well as $30 registration per person for delegates and advisors. We suggest that the delegation advisor submit all registration information - please keep in mind that the form below must be submitted once for each delegate, advisor, and program presenter.
Once registration is completed, payment will be due in full (except for the program presenter only option). You may mail your registration payment to the address below or bring it to the RAFSAP Conference. Registration fees are payable via cash or check made out to CASCHA. If you register as a program presenter only, there is no registration fee. This option does not include lunch or other conference programs.

Confirmation e-mails will be sent to the institution's advisors when registration forms or payment are received. If your accounts payable department needs an invoice in order to process payment, please contact Jana Lithgow for a custom invoice for your institution.
No refunds will be granted after registering. However, in the event that a registered delegate or advisor can no longer attend the conference, the institution may substitute another person for the delegate or advisor. Any changes in registration information need to be submitted for approval to Jana Lithgow at
jlithgo@luc.edu.
All participants must be registered by October 30, 2009 at 5:00 p.m.
ANNOUNCEMENTS FOR DELEGATIONS:
- Each delegation will need to submit at least one program proposal this year. Program proposals can be submitted to Reuel Abraham at
reuel@1237west.com.
- Delegations will be participating in a banner competition.
- Delegations will be asked to donate items from their institutions for a door prize raffle. Not sure what to donate? If you have extra t-shirts, water bottles, or other swag with your school name or logo, those items are sure to be hits!
More information, including banner competition guidelines and the program proposal document, will be included with registration confirmation, which will be sent via e-mail to the delegation advisor.
