CrossFit is a Core Strength and Conditioning Program that uses Functional Movements at relatively High Intensity. The benefits of training in CrossFit can't be matched.
We 'coach' people how to move their body and objects safely and effectively. From the moment you are in the door we tell you want we want, coach you how to do it, motivate when needed, correct and support you while you are here. At CrossFit Newcastle clients pick the music, you're aloud to make noise and we even use chalk to help grip heavy stuff sometimes...sounds weird doesn't it ;)
We have all the equipment we need to provide functional fitness, and none that dont!
You can come and try CrossFit obligation-free. You simply pay a casual training fee of $20 per session until you are ready to become a monthly member. Be warned though, CrossFit is addictive.
