My company, Salespulse, a software company based in Ireland is developing a product for businesses trading with China. Company Relationship Builder (CRBChina)
It will combine the benefits of CRM, Order & Supply tracking and Communication between the Importer & Exporter and will have an option to display in English or Chinese.

Do you currently have a dedicated software system for your business in China that lets you communicate with the exporter and manage relations with your Chinese customer / suppliers. ?

Do you have a system that does fulfillment and allows you to track orders ?

If you have the above system, do you allow your Chinese suppliers access to it to update order fulfillment ? This could be to update or view orders they dispatch

The system being developed allows your Chinese Suppliers and Customers restricted access to tell you when they dispatched orders or when their deliveries were expected. Displays are in Chinese & English. Would such a facility be useful ?
