UTEK Registration

All teams MUST register through this form in order to participate in the competition. In order to register, a registration password should be obtained by Barb in the EngSoc office by paying her the $20 UTEK deposit.

Fill in member information for as many team members as you have, leave questions on additional team members blank.
Eg. If your team consists of 2 people, fill in information for Team Member 1 and 2, leave Team Member 3 and 4 information blank.
