KSU ETC Lab Request Form

LAB POLICY:

The LTC lab (KH 2003) is a STUDENT LAB; however, faculty may request the use of the lab for short periods of time when technology tasks are being integrated into class assignments. Please do not request labs for repeated weeks as this prevents other faculty from using the lab.

The ETC labs (KH 2105, 2107, 2102) may be assigned once ETC classes have been scheduled. The labs are only available for use by classes that are engaging in the use of technology.

The labs are only scheduled ONE month in ADVANCE. Please do not submit requests more than one 30 days prior to the date being requested.

Please use the following form to request a computer lab for a class or event. You should receive an e-mail confirmation for the specific dates, times, and lab locations within 48 hours of your request.

What software will you need that is not part of the standard ETC installation, if any? If any, you MUST contact Mansour Abusaid (x3674 or mabusaid@kennesaw.edu) at least one week prior to your class to make arrangements for the software installation and testing. In order for us to load the software, you must provide an appropriate licensing agreement allowing us to do so.
