DOCTRINE ASSESSMENT
The following Doctrinal Beliefs are taken from the Statement of Faith of Community Grace. The purpose this assessment is to assist in determining what a student knows and understands about the Scriptures. This assessment will be filled out by at least 3 people: the student them-self, a peer of their choosing, and their parents. Once the data has been collected by from all 3 parties the student and their small group leader will sit down and go over the responses and create a plan to grow in weak areas and continue to excel in strengths.
