International Sports Night - Registration form

The following is a registration form for the ISC International Sports Night. The event will take place on November 13th and November 14th from 6 PM to 10 PM.

The schedule of each of the events have not been put up yet, so please register for all the different sporting events you are interested in and after the schedule is put up, we will email it to you and also publish it on our website. Then you could choose the sport you wish to participate in if it conflicts with any other sport in regard to schedule and time.

Registration fees for each sport will be collected on the first day of the Sports Night at the check-in counter in the Rec Center. We will be accepting only Cash. Please be prepared with the exact change.

If your playing Badminton Doubles. Please write your team name and players it consists in the following box. The team (2players) can be both men & women or same sex.

If your participating in the RELAY 400x4. Please write your team name and players it consists in the following box. Each Relay team will have 4 members. They can consist of both men & women or same sex.
