At 10 a.m., Sylvan Learning, the sponsor of the RecruitMilitarty Opportunity Expo, will conduct a free seminar for individuals who might be interested in becoming franchisees. Sylvan Learning is seeking franchisees to develop new centers throughout Chicago as well as purchase established centers in select markets.
