Getting more specific

Redesign If this is a redesign, what prompted the choice to redesign? Reasons could include low performance, stale looks, additional features required etc.

Audience Demographics Who is your primary and secondary audience? Any existing demographic studies will assist you here, but if uncertain, please try your best to explain your ideal customer.

Desired User Action When your visitors reach your website, what would you like them to do? Examples include purchasing products, subscribing, enquiring, registering etc. There can be more than one desired user action. Please explain.

Frequency of updating, type of content to be updated & by whom How often would the site need to be updated and who would be responsible for this? What type of content would they be updating? Examples include product additions/modifications/removal, blogging etc.
