VALUES ASSESSMENT

The following values are taken from the values of Community Grace. The purpose this assessment is to assist in determining if a student values what their church leaders desire for them to value. This assessment will be filled out by at least 3 people: the student them-self, a peer of their choosing, and their parents. Once the data has been collected by from all 3 parties the student and their small group leader will sit down and go over the responses and create a plan to grow in weak areas and continue to excel in strengths.
