Once you submit this information, your registration will be forwarded to Chinese International School and an invoice will be e-mailed to you. Cost:* For EARCOS member schools and Early Bird registrations (October 31st) the cost is US$140.00 per participant (including sponsors)* For non-member schools and after 31st October the cost is US$160.00 per participant (including sponsors. Full refund is available for withdrawal of participants up until February 1, 2010. After this time, no refund will be given.
Hotel
The Hotel for the conference is the City Garden Hotel. For information and to book rooms, go to the EARCOS GIN website at http://earcosgin.ning.com and click on Hotel Information. We strongly encourage schools to make their necessary hotel bookings as early as possible as there are a limited number of rooms.
