Instructions to Non-Degree Applicants: Complete this form and submit it to GRTS. If you are taking courses for academic credit, please have official transcripts from the institution where you received your bachelor's degree sent directly to the Admissions Office. Audit students do not need to have transcripts sent.
Instructions to Guest Applicants (students currently attending another school): Complete this form and submit it to GRTS. Request a letter from your current academic institution indicating your current enrollment status, your program of study, how many credit hours you have completed, and your academic standing (i.e. good, C average or better, not eligible to return, etc). The letter must include the official institution seal.
A guest student: -is subject to all of the admission and registration regulations of Grand Rapids Theological Seminary. -does not have permission to register as a degree candidate at Grand Rapids Theological Seminary. -is responsible to determine that the home institution will accept credit earned as a guest student. -must arrange with the registrar's office to have a transcript of any guest credit earned as a guest student sent from Grand Rapids Theological Seminary to his or her current institution.
