Spring 2009 Election Registration Form

This form officially registers your party with the CCSC Elections Board. Your party must complete this form in addition to a Candidate Registration Form for EACH member of your party. Only Class Council and Executive Board candidates are allowed to form parties (2009-2010 Candidate Rules and Regulations: Section II, Part A). All forms must be submitted to the Elections Board by September 15 at 9:00pm. No late forms will be accepted.
