Seattle Yuva Camp Registration Form

Camp Date: 5th to 7th September
Camp fee for students: 25$
Camp fee for non-students and working professionals: $40 ($30 for each additional family member)
Camp fees can be paid at the camp by check in favor of Hindu YUVA.
The camp fee includes food, accommodation and cost of various activities.
Camp Site: Lewis and Clark State Park, WA
