Sign-up Sheet for DSWD Volunteers c/o RockEd Philippines
DSWD needs your help! Sign up now for volunteer shifts at the DSWD Warehouse: Chapel Road, Pasay City (at the back of Air Transportation Office towards NAIA III).
REMINDERS 1. We will try our best to coordinate transportation. However, it is not yet guaranteed. We will contact you with more details. 2. If you are signing up for a group, please accomplish one form per person so that we can estimate the number of people per shift. :) 3. If you have already sent an e-mail to RockEd beforehand, there is no need to sign up here. 4. We have provided pick-up points to facilitate a more efficient system for pick-up and drop-off. 5. There will be transportation available leaving DSWD to the nearest LRT/MRT/Bus station at 6:00 PM and 11:00 PM only. 6. Upon arrival, look for Ms. Francia Fabian or Mr. Ronald Reonal to log in. Identify yourself as a RockEd volunteer. 7. If you would like to volunteer on weekends, contact DSWD directly through Ms. Francia Fabian (852-8081) or Mr. Ronald Reonal (851-2801 or 0918-9302356).
