Students must submit this form to be officially recognized as a candidate and to appear on the ballot. The deadline for submission is September 15 at 9:00pm. There will be no exceptions to this rule. If you miss the deadline, you are encouraged to run as a write-in candidate. Write in candidates are confined to the same agreement as stated above and are also required to follow the Candidate Rules and Regulations in order to take an office should they win.
